A knowledgeable and informed client can make confident decisions. My belief is that real estate can actually be a fun process. I personally enjoy the “art of the deal”; however, you need to know the current conditions and be able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing real estate market.
One of my favourite aspects of my job is helping clients build wealth through real estate. I l enjoy helping clients find unique opportunities and helping them to manage and grow their investments. I believe very strongly in this and practice what I preach.
When not immersed in real estate, you will find me either being active outdoors or at a cafe. I am a former professional cyclist, an avid runner, skier, rock climber, coffee aficionado and father of two amazing kids. I am involved in raising awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a cause that is especially close to my heart as my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 16 months old. I also sponsor a junior development mountain bike program that helps up and coming young racers with coaching and guidance to realize their sporting dreams.
Being successful in real estate entails a lot of organization, responsiveness, patience, and interacting with people; all of which I thrive on. I provide my clients with the right balance of hustle, expertise and honesty to help make one of life’s largest investment decisions!
