Hamilton, ON (October 1, 2021) – The REALTORS® Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB) reported 63 sales of residential properties located within the Niagara North market area through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) System in September 2021.

    Sales were down 30 per cent since September 2020.

  • New listings

    New listings were down 6 per cent since last September.

  • Average sale price

    The average sale price was $839,161 which was an increase of 23 per cent from September 2020.

  • Inventory

    The inventory available at the end of the month was 1.3 months.
