As summer draws to a close, the real estate market is showing signs of renewed momentum. For the second straight month, sales activity has outpaced levels seen during the same time last year. Meanwhile, a slight decline in new listings has pushed the sales-to-new listings ratio back above 60%, indicating strengthening market conditions. Although inventory remains elevated, the recent influx of listings has helped create a more balanced environment, giving buyers access to a wider range of home prices. Looking ahead, we remain cautiously optimistic about a continued market recovery, fueled by sustained buyer interest. The fall season traditionally sees a resurgence from both buyers and sellers, and we expect this year to be no exception.
